Hello! My name is Paul Esteves. I am a freelance 3d artist. 

I was born and raised in a sunny little city called Durban, which is in South Africa. When I was a teenager, my church needed someone to do some video editing of some summer camps they were doing. So, I taught myself how to edit in Final Cut 7. I LOVED IT! So, I kept doing it, learning, trying new things, etc. 

From that point on I taught myself After Effects and Cinema4d. In 2018 I got offered a job at Sky in Munich. So, my wife, my 6 month old and I moved across the world to Munich, Germany.

At the beginning of 2020 I transitioned to freelance and have been working as a freelancer ever since.

I'm still in love with motion design and particularly 3d motion design. My primary tools are Houdini and Redshift. I also use Fusion/Davinvi Resolve for editing and compositing.
